2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 550 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 76, 351(2), 352 of the BNS, 2023; Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act and Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have made public the private videos of the informant's daughter on Instagram after their marriage talks failed.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. In view of the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
