KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Shiv Sagar (Baddy) P.S. Case No.167 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 342, 365, 506 of the Indian Penal Code Sections 13, 17 and 20 of UAPA Act.

Name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vijay Rajbhar. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the other similarly situated co-accused have been granted regular bail by this Court as contained in Annexure-2 series.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
