JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 194 of 2018, P.R. No. 04 of 2018 for the offense under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case 51 liters Nepali liquor was seized from the petitioners kept in a plastic bag and the petitioners have remained in custody since 28.04.2018 .
Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for more than 2 months, let the petitioners named above, are directed to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37653 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Exices, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Excise Case No. 194 of 2018, P.R. No. 04 of 2018.
