The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the defects pointed out by the registry in the said restoration petition bearing MJC
Patna High Court MJC No.474 of 2022(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 No. 2705 of 2019 has already been removed by filing a supplementary affidavit.
The learned counsel for the opposite parties has got no objection if the restoration petition is restored.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the aforesaid restoration petition bearing MJC No. 2705 of 2019 is directed to be restored to its original file. The restoration petition stands allowed.
