2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation against the petitioners and other co-accused is that they have assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute. Petitioners are sons of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19390 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 and there is title suit pending in the learned court below. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
