She is the wife of the brother of the husband of the deceased. From the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it appears that she and her husband live separate.

Be that as it may, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Nawada in Narhat PS Case No 158 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal
