The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have inflicted Farsa blow on the head of father of informant causing grievous injury.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Though, as per the FIR, there is allegation of assault by Farsa, but as per the injury report injury caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

No.19116 of 2023(3) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirsiya OP) P.S.
