JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add the Director (Secondary Education), Bihar, Patna, as respondent no. 5, in course of the day.

The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1 That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order/direction for appointment on the post of teacher in pursuance of Memo No. 1078 dated 30.06.2006 issued by the Deputy Secondary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar, by which direction has been issued to appoint wards of teachers who have been appointed in Class-III and IV grade post on compassionate ground."

Patna High Court CWJC No.13143 of 2014 (2) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed a representation before the respondent no. 5, the Director (Secondary Education), Govt. of Bihar, Patna, referring to Annexure-2 vide Memo No. 1078 dated 30.06.2006. The representation of the petitioner is still pending before the respondent no. 5, the Director (Secondary Education), Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

The petitioner shall file afresh representation before the respondent no. 5, the Director (Secondary Education), Bihar, Patna. The respondent no. 5 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
