2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 320/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have brutally assaulted the victim in which she has died. In the post mortem, anti mortem injures have been found upon the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 10.08.2023.

5. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him bail. It is accordingly dismissed.
