JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.783 of 2014 registered under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier filed Divorce case on the ground of in futility. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Shivesh Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Complaint Case No.783 of 2014, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33527 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 Banka. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner. The petitioner shall not absent himself in two consecutive dates till two witnesses are examined in trial. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) KHAN/- U T
