The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 772 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged in the FIR that when he was going home from his office by tempo, six unknown miscreants surrounded the tempo and snatched Rs. 75,000/- on gun point and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement made by one co-accused Ranjay Yadav, nothing has

It has further been submitted that petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.07.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.
