JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2025 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 13.2.2023, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 3961 of 2007 to the effect that the nature of arms mentioned as Double Barrel N.P. Bore Rifle be corrected and be directed to be read as N.P.Bore Rifle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the nature of arms was mentioned in the writ petition as Double Barrel N.P. Bore Rifle, hence, the said mistake be condoned and appropriate modification be made in the order dated 13.2.2023.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I

Patna High Court MJC No.660 of 2023(3) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 deem it fit and proper to direct that the nature of arms mentioned in the order dated 13.2.2023 shall be deemed to be read as N.P.Bore Rifle, subject to just exceptions. 4.

Accordingly, the present modification petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
