JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 34313 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that period of nine month has already expired and petitioner is in custody for about 23 months and except commitment there is progress in trial.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.40624 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S.Case No. 286 of 2016, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioner has to cooperate in disposal of trial and appear before the trial court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
