Ankita Kumari, aged about 14 years became traceless and on account thereof informant, Dharmendra Singh father of Ankita gone in search and during course thereof, he came to know that one boy and a woman took Ankita to Tanda where his Nanihal lies. It has also been disclosed that at that very place Kaushal Kumar relative of Rekha Devi has come who took away Ankita with the help of Rekha and Raj Kumar Singh to the place of Renu who happens to be sister of Kaushal. From the order impugned, it is evident that victim has not been traced out.
It is apparent from the order impugned as well as from perusal of the FIR that Shashi Bhushan Singh @ Bhushan Singh has not been arrayed as an accused nor any kinds of processes have been taken against him.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20653 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 That being so the prayer for anticipatory bail on his behalf happens to be premature and is accordingly disposed of.
So far petitioner Rekha Devi is concerned, there happens to be disclosure in the written report apart from the fact that victim is still traceless. So prayer for anticipatory bail of Rekha Devi is also rejected.
