The petitioner seeks bail in Akhodhi Gola P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.06.2021. Vide order dated 13.04.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that one witness has been examined and case is running for further prosecution evidence.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
