Petitioners seek modification of the order dated 13.05.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 2019/2015 on the ground that petitioner No.2 Udesh Mahton has been wrongly typed as son of Bindeshwari Mahton, village- Phaphaut, P.S.- Khodabandpur, District- Begusarai and it should be Kishori Mahton, Village- Khanjapur, P.S.-Cheriyabariyarpur. The petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 2019/2015 out of which this modification petition arises himself stated the name of the father of petitioner No. 2 as Bindeshwari Mahton, villagePhaphaut, P.S. - Khodabandpur . In the facts and circumstances of the case, the modification petition is allowed and the details of petitioner No. 2 may be read as Udesh Mahton, son of Kishori Mahton, village-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27380 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 Khanjapur, P.S. - Cheriyabariyarpur, District- Begusarai. The application is accordingly, allowed with a direction given in the order dated 13.05.2015 whereby, the petitioner No. 2 was also directed alongwith the petitioner No. 1 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistratge 1st class, Begusarai in Khodabandpur P.S.Case No. 199/2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C. in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks is extended from today to further four weeks.
