2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 415 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 80 of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused persons had taken the deceased to Primary Health Center, where she was found senseless. The allegation is that she was being assaulted and killed by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. From the postmortem report, it appears that the deceased died due to brain haemorrhage.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria /concerned Court below in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 415 of 2024.
