Writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of punishment dated 23.09.2002. Writ petition has been filed against the punishment awarded by the authority in the departmental proceeding in the year 2002. Apart from the fact that writ petition has been filed 12 years after order of punishment. The same had earlier been challenged by the petitioner in CWJC no. 6889/2003 which was dismissed on 05.04.2007.

Being faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing review against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13869 of 2014(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 order dated 05.04.2007 passed in CWJC no. 6889/2003. Writ petition is dismissed.
