JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel, who was assisted by Mr. Md. Musowir, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case no. 50/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354A, 379, 504 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on perusal of the F.I.R. , it appears that the allegation is not probable true. He submits that no wife can allow to her husband for committing such offence, as has been alleged in the F.I.R. I have examined the F.I.R. The Court is satisfied that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case no.50/2016., subject to conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
