The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 233 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2018. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than one and half months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
