JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the complainant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1071(C) of 2013 instituted under Sections 406, 420, 380, 120B, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is purely a civil dispute as between the partners which is being taken to the criminal Court. He further submits that the complaint itself is not maintainable.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33640 of 2014 (02) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Kumar Singh alias Pankaj Singh, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No.1071(C) of 2013, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
