The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bheldi P. S. Case No. 16 of 2011 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner repeatedly assaulted with knife on the father of the informant as a result of which he sustained serious injuries and died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
