The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant-Shankar Paswan named eight persons, including the petitioner, and alleged that there was some altercation. While Ashok Paswan was going to bath, Shikandar Paswan, son of Kamta Paswan, is alleged to have assaulted Ashok Paswan, son of the informant, on his head by Farsa.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only one injury was found on the head of deceased Ashok Paswan. No specific allegation was made against the petitioner Praveen

Learned counsel for the informant, while opposing the prayer for bail, submits that it is a case of murder. All the accused persons assaulted.
On perusal of the records it appears that Sikandar Paswan is alleged to have given Farsa blow on the head and in the post-mortem report, the doctor found one injury on the head, on account of which Ashok Rai died.
Considering the fact that there is no overt act against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.22 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) PNM U T
