Petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Rajendra Nagar Patna P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 394/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due on ulterior motive. Only a 100/- rupees note is alleged to have been recovered from this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.02.2018.
