Petitioner rice mill owner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 409 of the Penal Code, said to have misappropriated the paddy given to him for milling purpose causing loss of Rs. 45,16,927.75 paisa to the Corporation.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to admit him to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest. His prayer for bail in the event of arrest is rejected with direction to surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13763 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi and apply for regular bail.
