Petitioners are apprehending their
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13792 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code lodged against three persons named in the First Information Report and 10-15 unknown. Petitioners are those who have been named as accused during investigation. In the circumstances, they are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 286/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
