The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jamhore P.S. Case No. 30/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that petitioner took money of different customers and the company was closed. The matured money could not be returned to the depositors.

It is submitted that petitioner is one of the Director of the Company. He did not receive any money from any of the customers. He has already been enlarged on bail in P.S. Case No. 82/2011 and other such cases.

No.20445 of 2016 (3) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S.
