JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Andhramath PS Case No. 110 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the IPC. Submission is that neither any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, the police has submitted charge-sheet in this case and he is in custody since 15.7.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pramod Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Jhanjharpur in connection with Andhramath PS Case No. 110 of 2016.
