Writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the respondents be directed to allow the petitioner to discharge his duties as Peon in the office of Block Education Officer, Parihar in the district of Sitamarhi and to treat his services as continuous from May, 2004. The claim has been raised by the petitioner before the Regional Deputy Director of Education (for brevity, RDDE), Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur on 31.12.2013. Copy of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13583 of 2014(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 the representation is Annexure 27 to the writ petition. Since the issue, as per claim submitted by the petitioner is to be considered by the authorities, pendency of the instant writ proceedings would be futile.

Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the RDDE (respondent No 3) that if no final decision has been communicated to the petitioner till date, the same be done by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
