Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. The family members of the deceased raised suspicion against the petitioners during the investigation. Considering the fact that only material against the petitioners is suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58537 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 pending in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 363 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
