In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 23.7.2019, by taking recourse to the
Patna High Court MJC No.814 of 2020(3) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
