JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 4.5.2018, seeks bail in Kudra PS Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Sections 457, 380 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the petitioner was apprehended on the spot nor the stolen mobile has been recovered from his possession and he has been in custody for last two months.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Romo Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra PS Case No. 117 of 2018.
