The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner a loaded country-made pistol was recovered. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16077 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 with Supaul P.S. Case No.6 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
