In the present petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent to transfer the services petitioner "A" grade Nurse from Darbhanga Medical College & Hospital to either in Pawapuri Medical College, Nalanda or Nalanda Medical College, Patna or any near place where her husband is posted i.e. in Oro Railwy Station.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or direction to the respondents to dispose the representation of 06.7.2021 filed by petitioner to the respondent Director-inChief, (Nursing) Health Services, Bihar, Patna for transfer her from Darbhanga to Pawapuri Medical College Nalanda or

Patna High Court CWJC No.4970 of 2022 dt.17-05-2022 2/2 Nalanda Medical College, Patna.

(iii) Further for any other reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to."

3. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner has submitted representation on 06.07.2021 and it is pending consideration before the transferring authority.

The transferring authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance stated in the representation dated 06.07.2021 and pass speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to transfer or not. If petitioner is not entitled in that event speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. If petitioner is entitled to transfer necessary order of transfer shall be passed within a period of one month from the receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
