Petitioner is an accused in connection with Town (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 619 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is absolutely false and fabricated. It is further submitted there is no recovery of any stolen articles from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Chief
