Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.306 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 386, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had gone to the informant's shop for purchasing accessories and due to dispute in price, some altercation took place and allegation of making demand of extortion is false and fabricated.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sunil Singh @ Sunil Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
