The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Biddupur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of procuring and producing the forged School Leaving Certificate before the headmaster of the School.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said certificate was provided by one of the employees of the School on payment of Rs. 3000/-. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 21.07.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and

Case No. 220 of 2017.
