From the records it is seen that co-accused Triloki Rai @ Pyare Baba in Cr. Misc. No.40389 of 2017 from whose possession also 70 Grams of Ganja was seized has been granted bail. That apart, co-accused Rajendra Ram in Cr. Misc. No.41582 of 2017 has also been granted bail. There is no reason as to why similar benefit should be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
