Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner was only a member of the mob. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 29.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36193 of 2018. petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 26.02.2018.

Case No. 47 of 2018.
