This is an application for bail in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is allegation of snatching of Rs.30,000/- from the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as earlier petitioner has filed a case against the informant this case has been filed as counter blast of earlier case and he is in custody for eight months. Further submission is though he has been made accused in other case but the same have been filed by the same informant of present case and in those cases he is on bail. Heard learned APP also.

No.46678 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Munger, in connection with Nara Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear in court on each and every date fixed in the case and on failure to appear without any genuine ground or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
