The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar) P.S. Case No. 109/2018 dated 18.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 308, 447, 504, 506, 353 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code. During the delivery of possession, pursuant to a decree passed by the Civil Court, an unruly mob tried to prevent the authorities from concluding the proceedings. Many persons have been named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner and several others have been made accused on the basis of suspicion. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it has been submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent and has not specifically been alleged to do anything.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar) P.S.
