1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents for payment of arrear of salary to the petitioner since 14.07.2014 to till date during which period the petitioner was suspended but subsequently he was re-instated.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondent to continue the service of the petitioner for the purpose of seniority,

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondent to give arrear increasement as well as on its arrear to the petitioner from 14.07.2014 to till date.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to pay the regular salary to the petitioner.

(v) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to pay the interest of arrear of salary of the petitioner alongwith suitable interest.

(vi) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to issuance of L.P.C. in favour of the petitioner."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
