2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18072 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18072 of 2022. She further submits that the petitioner has already deposited Rs.2,50,000/- in compliance of order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18072 of 2022 dated 22.08.2022 and prays for six months time to deposit the remaining amount.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18070 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 and for the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide detailed order dated 22.08.2022 is hereby extended for further six months from today in connection with Karghar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2020.

5. The order dated 22.08.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
