JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Both the petitions arise out Hussainganj P.S.Case No. 51 of 2014 registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

Petitioner in Cr. Misc no. 17649 of 2015 is nephew of the husband of deceased and so far as petitioner no. 1 in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12795 of 2015 (3) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 No.12795 of 2015 is concerned, she happens to be Gotni of the deceased and similarly, petitioner no. 2 of the aforesaid petition happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased.

It appears from perusal of the first information report that the relation of the husband of the deceased was strained with deceased due to his illicit relation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Hussainganj P.S.Case No. 51 of 2014 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
