The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1605 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner Radha Prasad Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
