JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Shyampur Bhatan P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017, dated 08.08.2017, instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor anything has been recovered from his possession. He has also not been put on Test Identification Parade. Apart from the present case, the petitioner has been made accused in another case instituted under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, in which he is on bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhatan P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017.
