The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 registered under sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with
