JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) PS case no. 1025 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that three motorcycles were stolen from the house of the informant and subsequently, one Ranjeet Kumar @ Pintoo Kumar and the petitioner were arrested and the three stolen motorcycles were also recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail since 30.07.2017. It is further submitted that the

For the reasons stated hereinabove, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) PS case no. 1025 of 2017.
