The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andar (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014 registered under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Seciton47(A) of the Excise Act. Taking into consideration that the alleged recovery was made from the house of co-accused, Dinesh Singh who disclosed the name of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
