JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners and Laxman Yadav and 5-7 unknown to have committed theft in the Studio shop of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation was found false and the petitioners were not been sent up for trial but subsequently on protest, cognizance has been taken. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22575 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 2071 of 2007 pending in the court of learned JM, Gopalganj.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
